Governing law:
The use of this website, products supplied through it and purchases are governed by English law and deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and deal with any proceedings.
Validity:
If any part of these terms and conditions are deemed to be unenforceable, void or invalid, they will be considered severable from these terms and conditions. The remainder will still be considered valid.
You, the customer, promise that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to enter into this agreement with us. You further promise to provide us with accurate details for payment verification. By clicking the ‘Place Order’ button, you confirm your commitment to pay for all items in your basket at checkout, including shipping costs.
Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse any order or transaction without giving notice. The placing of an order does not establish a contract until goods have been dispatched to you.
Payments:
We accept payment by the following method:
- PayPal (Debit/Credit card payments can be made through PayPal)
Payment details will be shared at checkout. Please do not email credit card details as we cannot guarantee their security in such cases.
Pricing:
We offer pricing in US Dollars.
Shipping including duties & taxes:
Shipments are made using UPS or USPS. The cost will be confirmed at checkout. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT, Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, the next working day. Customers are responsible for customs/duties/taxes; these are not included in checkout cost.

Stock Availability:
We endeavour to keep sufficient stock; however, items may occasionally be unavailable. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
Returns & Cancellations Policy:
14 Days Return Policy: Notify us within 14 days of receipt to return goods. Returns require prior authorisation and must be in original packaging. Customers bear return costs and risks.
Warranty:
New Products: Two-year warranty from receipt, covering parts and labour under normal use. Customer covers return postage. Excludes misuse or unauthorised repairs.
Refurbished Units: 60-day warranty from purchase. Cosmetic imperfections not covered. Repairs/replacements at the company’s discretion.
Complaints:
Email info@quark-elec.com, attention: Office Manager. Acknowledgement within 48 hours.
